I went from skipping breakfast to looking forward to it! These English muffins rock!

When Katz finally got some of their products back in stock that I wanted to try, I thought I'd stock up on a few different things to try. I added this because I miss having English muffins and these had no wheat or milk, my allergies. I've been wary in the past with gluten-free and, out of the box, these didn't look much like the texture I love with English muffins. But after toasting and adding some vegan butter and jam, I was pleasantly surprised with how great the texture and taste were. And it wasn't falling apart like some gluten-free products are known to do.

These are so good I use them for everything; sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, mini pizzas, etc. They're perfect.

These were too soft, did not toast up crisp and I have a breville toaster oven. They also lacked the texture characteristics of an english muffin, the nooks and crannys. I would not buy these again.
