My favorite puffy muffins!

I am surprised by how moist these are. I also don’t have to worry about any gluten. Katz is a trusted resource for gluten allergy sensitivities I can rely on. These are my favorite English muffins for any meal.

Very good, pop them in microwave to thaw, cut in half , then
put in toaster, Really good buttery flavor... best I have found.

First English Muffin I've enjoyed in 2 decades...

The taste brought back memories of my childhood...love that they're individually wrapped, so they fit in my freezer...

Only suggestion for improvement, would be to somehow replicate all the nooks and crannies....your instructions say to split with a knife; true English muffins are separated with a fork, to keep integrity of nooks& crannies.
